Marcus Riley

Instructor Marcus Riley is a lifelong martial artist and the son of Kwan Jhang Nim (Grandmaster) Brett Riley and Sa Bom Nim (Master) Lois Riley, continuing a proud family legacy in Tang Soo Do. A graduate of Texas State University, Marcus has excelled both academically and athletically, combining his passion for sports with the discipline of martial arts. As a dedicated football coach and a multiple-time grand champion in both forms and sparring, he brings a unique blend of athleticism, strategy, and traditional martial values to every class he teaches.

Growing up in a household rooted in Tang Soo Do, Instructor Riley developed a deep respect for the art’s principles of integrity, perseverance, and respect. His dynamic teaching style reflects his diverse background, motivating students through focused instruction, high energy, and personal mentorship. Whether coaching on the field or instructing in the dojang, he is committed to helping students build confidence, strength, and character. Instructor Marcus Riley is proud to carry on his family's martial arts tradition while guiding the next generation to reach their fullest potential.
