Kyo Sa Nim Josi Tesauro is a proud graduate of Trinity University and a dedicated instructor in the art of Tang Soo Do. Her martial arts journey reflects not only technical skill but also discipline, leadership, and perseverance. In 2018, she represented her school and country at the WWTSDF International Championship in London, where she earned three silver medals, showcasing her commitment to excellence and competitive spirit on the world stage.
Beyond the dojang, Josi has consistently demonstrated a passion for leadership and community service. She earned her Green Cord for completing an outstanding 369 volunteer hours through organizations such as WHAK-NB, Kids Club, and Headwaiters at the Comal. She also attended Bluebonnet Girls State, served as President of the MECHS National Honor Society, and was Vice President of Eagle Fellow Bible Study. Her achievements were further recognized when she was honored as the American Legion Female Award Winner and the Senior Eagle Spirit Female Award Winner.
As an instructor, Kyo Sa Nim Tesauro brings the same dedication and integrity to her students that she has shown in every aspect of her life. She believes in teaching Tang Soo Do not only as a martial art but also as a way to build confidence, respect, and character. Her goal is to inspire students to pursue excellence, serve their communities, and carry the spirit of Tang Soo Do into all areas of their lives.
